Green Power CEO pleads guilty to tax crimes
Mid Columbia Tri City Herald Michael Spitzauer, founder and CEO of Green Power, pleaded guilty a second time Thursday. The plea deal includes different charges, but is the same recommended four-year sentence that U.S. District Court Judge Sal Mendoza Jr. rejected just last week. |
