MOEA encouraging greater participation in green power program Focus Taiwan News Channel Taipei, Nov. 28 (CNA) The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) said Saturday that it is aiming to increase the number of customers that buy green power from the state-owned Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower, 台電) and therefore will not raise the cost.
