State Department's Keystone XL Deliberations Called 'Secret and Not Transparent'

#Energy A State Department meeting turned testy yesterday when reporters' questions turned to the Keystone XL pipeline. Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki noted that on January 17, eight federal agencies were given until Monday, Feb. 2nd, to offer commentary on the contentious pipeline project, which must be given a thumbs-up or thumbs-down by the administration in order to cross the nation's northern border with Canada.
