Bearish Oil Wagers Surge to Record as Glut Keeps Growing: Energy Bloomberg U.S. crude inventories climbed 7.72 million barrels in the seven days ended Feb. 13 and jumped another 8.43 million the following week to reach 434.1 million, the most in records compiled since August 1982 by the Energy Information Administration.
