Ohio alt-energy rules group has work cut out

After months of speculation on what Ohio's renewable energy study committee would accomplish, the group's first meeting failed to accomplish much. The committee is tasked by a law signed in June to review the state's standards on how much renewable and alternative energy utilities must incorporate into their portfolios.
