Will Alabama warm up to solar energy as it gets cheaper?

Solar energy is becoming a mainstream topic as the global reliance on fossil fuels comes under question, and that could soon be reflected in energy costs. Bloomberg recently cited a report from Deutsche Bank saying solar energy is on pace to be as cheap, or cheaper, than your average electric bill in 47 states by 2016.
